We have barns, lofted barns, and Amish barns in sizes form 8 X 8 to 14 X 32.

The Regular Barn

The 10 X 12 barn below is an example of the regular barn style we offer. The regular barn is distinguished by four foot side walls and double angled roof. This configuration gives the most floor area for the money, and many people really like the way they look.

Regular barns are available in size from 8 X 12 to 12 by 28. Custom orders for portable barns can be built up to 16 X 32 in some areas.

Siding is pressure treated T1-11. One door and one window are standard. The floor is pressure treated 3/4" plywood decking panels. All floor joist and supporting foundation wood is pressure treated.

Floor joists are 2X6 on 12" centers. Wall studs are 2X4 on 16" centers. Roof trusts and rafters are 2x4 on 24" centers. The roof is decked with 3/8 OSB roof decking.

Full electrical wiring, with or without its own box is an option.

The regular barn is a standard model and the rent-to-own payment plan is an option. Low interest, zero down, financing plans are available for qualified buyers. Cash sales receive a discount.

The Lofted Barn

The lofted barn is one of the most popular portable buildings. Sizes range form 8 X 12 to 12 X 28 like this double door "his and hers" model.

Siding is pressure treated T1-11. One door and one window are standard. The floor is pressure treated 3/4" plywood decking panels. All floor joist and supporting foundation wood is pressure treated.

Floor joists are 2X6 on 12" centers. Wall studs are 2X4 on 16" centers. Roof trusts and rafters are 2x4 on 24" centers. The roof is decked with 3/8 OSB roof decking.

Metal Roof

All lofted barns are available with an optional metal roof. Our metal roofs are R-Panel.  R-Panel is a commonly used metal roofing and siding panel for commercial application. The 1 1/4" tall ribs allow it to span greater distances. R-Panel meets a long list of building codes. From its Class A fire resistance rating to its Miami-Dade County Florida Approval, it performs where it matters.

In addition to bare Galvalume, R-Panel is available in 15 great baked on enamel colors, ensuring that you can find something to fit the design of the building.

Site Built and Over Sized Barns

Within a 25 mile radius of Birmingham, Alabama we can build you a site built barn. Site built barns can be virtually any dimension and even two story, like this over sized, site built barn.

Our standard construction applies: Siding is pressure treated T1-11. Door and windows to the customer's specification. The floor is pressure treated 3/4" plywood decking panels. All floor joist and supporting foundation wood is pressure treated. Foundations can be concrete blocks, poured footings, or a monolithic slab.

Floor joists are 2X6 on 12" centers. Wall studs are 2X4 on 16" centers. Roof trusts and rafters are 2x4 on 24" centers. The roof is decked with 3/8 OSB roof decking.

Full electrical wiring, with or without its own box is an option.
