Cedar Ten by Twelve

This 10 X 12 cedar sided, three gable building can be used for a fancy play house, small cabin or an attractive out building on any property. The inside can be finished or left unfinished. A loft is optional, or the ceiling can be left vaulted. The cedar siding has a nature resistance to wood eating insects and all floor joist and supporting foundation wood is pressure treated. Cedar siding is a custom job and rent to own is not available on custom orders. 

Floor joists are 2X6 on 12" centers. Wall studs are 2X4 on 16" centers. Roof trusts and rafters are 2x6 on 24" centers.

Full electrical wiring, with or without its own box is an option.

Eight by Twelve Fancy

This 8 X 12 with four foot porch and loft would make any child feel like a king or queen. The inside can be finished or left unfinished. The loft is standard, but the ceiling can be left vaulted as an option. The siding is painted T1-11. The floor is pressure treated 3/4" plywood decking panels. All floor joist and supporting foundation wood is pressure treated.

Floor joists are 2X4 on 12" centers. Wall studs are 2X4 on 16" centers. Roof trusts and rafters are 2x4 on 24" centers.

Full electrical wiring, with or without its own box is an option.

One door and two windows are standard but any number can be added. The floor is pressure treated 3/4" plywood decking panels. All floor joist and supporting foundation wood is pressure treated.

Floor joists are 2X6 on 12" centers. Wall studs are 2X4 on 16" centers. Roof trusts and rafters are 2x4 on 24" centers. The roof is decked with 3/8 OSB roof decking.

The siding is made form real logs. The floor is pressure treated 2x6 tongue and groove decking panels. All floor joist and supporting foundation wood are pressure treated.

Floor joists are 2X4 on 12" centers. There are no wall studs as the walls are constructed with real logs. Roof trusts and rafters are 2x4 on 24" centers.
