Rent-to-Own
The Southern Portable Storage Solutions rent to own lease plan is a great way to get a storage building. You simply pick out your building, pay a small down payment, and we will delivery your building. After that make the monthly payment every month until the term of the lease is up and the building is yours. Lease terms are twelve months, 36 months, 48 months or 60 months.
There is never a credit check on rent to own plans and everyone is approved. Should you no longer need or want your building before the lease term has expired you can simply call us and we will pick up the building and there is no adverse effect on your credit.
